Refund policy

Returns
Most Returns are accepted  for full refund excluding shipping costs within 14 days of purchase. Email us at Blueoxboutique15@gmail.com.  Securely package and mail back the item to 515 2nd St.  Eureka,  CA. 95501 with packing slip/receipt and original tags attached to item.  Item MUST be new/unused and in the condition that it was sent in.  If the Item has been worn or the original tags detached from item it does not qualify for refund.  Once the item is inspected and we determine the item is in new condition we will promptly refund your form of payment used to make the purchase.  If we receive the item in unacceptable condition you will be contacted immediately and will not qualify for any sort of refund..  We will not be able to restock the item.  If you send back an item in unacceptable condition for a return and it is denied  you may have to pay for the item to be shipped  back out to you.  We are a small business and can not afford to accept back items that we cannot restock in original/new condition as described above. 

There are a few items that may NOT be returned under any circumstance:  Sunglasses, Jewelry, intimate apparel, health care/personal care items, Gift Cards and ALL SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again after 3 business days.  
If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Blueoxboutique15@gmail.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at our expense.  If you need to exchange something for any other reason just send us an email at Blueoxboutique15@gmail.com and we will promptly set up the exchange.  To exchange a non defective item you would need to send back the item to 515 2nd St.  Eureka,  CA 95501. After we receive the item in above required condition we will promptly send out your new item we have set up to exchange.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  We always ship items promptly.

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 515 2nd St, Eureka CA 95501, United States.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless we have shipped you an incorrect item then we would pick up shipping of course!.  

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance otherwise we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
